Job Description

Team Leader will be responsible for organizing and supervising data collection for residential and commercial properties for the island of Mauritius and implement QA procedures which will involve individual inspection of sample properties.

Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Computer literate

• Should be able to manage a team of 5-6 persons

• Should have good communication skills

• Must be willing to work on an incentive pay basis and the period of work is anticipated to be for 12 months

• Must be available to work after office hours and during weekends. Will be given off-days during weekdays

• Valid driving license will be desirable

 

Data Collectors

Job Description

Data Collector will be responsible for collecting data for residential and commercial properties for the island of Mauritius.

Profile

• Holder of HSC or equivalent

• Computer literate

• Should have good communications skills

• Must be willing to work on an incentive pay basis and the period of work is anticipated to be for 6-12 months

• Must be available to work after office hours and during weekends. Data Collectors will be given off-days during weekdays

• Preference will be given to candidates who have past experience in the building/real estate sector, conducting field work, data collection or
  house to house interview

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Valid driving license will be desirable
